Description:
A reddish-brown powder: a sage aroma,
salty with a hot, pungent flavor.
Contains: Salt, Spices, Sugar, Spice
Extractives including Paprika, and 0.01% each of BHA and BHT added as
antioxidants in finished product based on usage with a 25% fat content.
Usage:
8 ounces per 25 pounds meat.....2 pounds per 100 pounds meat...or
approximately 1 tablespoon per pound. Do not add any salt...this is
complete.
