Ham Dip in a Bread Bowl
2 cups sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
4 packages cooked ham
1 tablespoon Spice Barn Minced Onion
2 teaspoons Spice Barn Dill Weed
1 round bread loaf

Shred ham in a food processor and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and let chill for several hour to let flavors blend. Hollow out circle from bread making a "bowl" and fill with ham mixture.  Serve with crackers, melba toast, baguette slices, etc.

Spicy Pork Roast
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Spice Barn Minced Onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Spice Barn Mustard Seeds
1 teaspoon Spice Barn Oregano
1 Spice Barn Bay Leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Spice Barn Chili Powder
2 (2 1/2 pounds each) boneless pork loin roasts

Bring first 13 ingredients to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.  Remove from heat and discard bay leaf.  Grill over medium high heat 2 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 160 degrees, basting every 30 minutes.  Bring remaining sauce to a boil and boil 1 minute.  Slice roast and serve with sauce.
