Peppercorn Rub Recipes

Peppercorn Rub Fillet with Garlic Butter
 4 beef tenderloin fillets
 
Spice Barn Peppercorn Rub
 
1 stick butter
 
1 clove garlic
 
Rub steak liberally with Peppercorn Rub; let stand 15 minutes at room temperature covered with wrap.  Grill to desired doneness.  Tent with foil; rest 5 minutes.  While resting, melt butter in saucepan with clove of pressed garlic.  Spoon garlic butter sauce over steaks on serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley.
