Variation: Add 1 1/2 teaspoons dried cilantro for a Tex-Mex Queso Dip. Superb!

Creamy Chili Con Queso Dip
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 heaping tablespoon Spice Barn Chile con Queso dip mix
1/3 cup buttermilk

Blend all ingredients until smooth but still a very slightly chunky. Add
more buttermilk if needed to get the consistency you like. You can use
plain milk but the buttermilk gives this dip an extra smoothness and
zing to taste. Using cream cheese instead of sour cream makes this
exceptionally good!
