Salt-Roasted Pecans
2 cups pecans
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/4 teaspoons Spice Barn Fine Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Toss pecans and butter together; add salt and toss again. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes. Cook on baking sheet.
Summer Gazpacho
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons Spice Barn Fine Sea Salt
1 cucumber, seeds removed
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup green onions, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
46 ounce tomato juice
3 diced tomatoes, seed removed
3/4 cup green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 cup celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
Mix in blender until desired consistency. Chill several to bloom flavors.
