Hungarian Beef
1 1/2 pounds beef steak
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons Spice Barn Hungarian Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Spice Barn Ground Mustard
dash Spice Barn Red Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup water
1 package noodles, cooked

Brown beef in small amount of oil.  Stir in next 9 ingredients.  Simmer, covered 2-2 1/2 hours.  Blend flour and water and stir into sauce.  Cook till thickened. Serve over noodles.  Garnish with Spice Barn Parsley Flakes.

Hungarian Stir-Fry
1 pound top round steak
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons oil, divided
1 large sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon Spice Barn Hungarian Paprika
1/2 cup beef broth
cooked rice

Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin strips.  Combine cornstarch and wine and pour over steak.  Pour 1 tablespoon oil around top of wok preheated to 375 degrees.  Add onion and mushrooms; stir-fry 3 minutes.  Remove and set aside.  Pour 1 tablespoon oil into wok.  Drain steak, reserving marinade, and stir-fry 3 minutes. Return vegetables to wok.  Combine reserved marinade, paprika, and beef both; add to wok and cook until thickened.  Serve over rice.
