Chicken a L'Orange Cut chicken into pieces. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour oil into wok or skillet and heat for 2 minutes. Add carrots and celery and stir fry 3 minutes; remove. Pour oil in wok; heat 2 minutes; stir fry chicken. Add juice mixture, vegetables and nuts. Stir till thickened. Serve over rice. |
